Great is Your mercy towards me Your loving kindness towards me. Your tender mercy, I see Day after day. Change my heart oh God, make it ever true. Change my heart oh God, may I be like You. You are the potter, I am the clay, mold me and make me, this is what I pray. Jesus, Lover of my soul, Jesus, I will never let you go You’ve taken me from the miry clay.
You’ve set my feet upon the Rock, and now I know I love you, I need you, though my world may fall, I’ll never let you go My Savior, my closest friend, I will worship you until the very end.
“Oh Lord You’ve searched me You know my way even when I fail You I know, You love me Your holy presence surrounding me in every season, I know You love me I know You love me.
At the cross I bow my knee Where Your blood was shed for me there’s no greater love than this, You have overcome the grave, Your glory fills the highest place what can separate me now. You go before me You shield my way, Your hand upholds me I know You love me You tore the veil You made a way when You said that it is done And when the earth fades falls from my eyes, and You stand before me I know You love me I know You love me”.
I will praise the Lord for He is the Rock of my salvation; He is my Deliverer, and my God in WHOM I trust. Therefore, Praise Will Continually be upon my lips, I WILL Praise the LORD at ALL TIMES. Praising God allows us to defeat the strategies of the enemy. As children, of God, we no longer have to remain slaves to sin.
We have a powerful spiritual weapon in praise, and the enemy has to flee in the name of Jesus, and by the Power of His Blood. The Lord has given us mighty weapons to counter satanic activity. But in order to be efficient in our warfare, we must know what these weapons are, and how to use them intelligently. As Paul states in Ephesians 6:12, our fight is not with flesh and blood, with people, but with the host of demons that work in the darkness.
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in heavenly places” (Ephesians 6:12).“I will extol the LORD at all times; His praise will always be on my lips.”
Psalm 71:6 says, “From birth I have relied on You; You brought me forth from my mother’s womb. I will ever praise You.” Paul and Silas knew the secret of how to lift their hearts above their troubles and enter into God’s presence and power.
Through praise and worship their hearts were raised into the joyous presence and peace of God. He gave them His power to operate in their problems. We do not praise because we feel good. WE praise because praise is a weapon of warfare. Praise repels the presence of the enemy. “Praise the LORD, for His mercy endures forever. I WILL praise the LORD!
Amen! (Isaiah 6:8).
