Knowing who you are in Jesus is the key to every believer. We receive the Grace of God through Christ, a new creation, born again of the Spirit, nourished and nurtured by His powerful Word, We believe by faith and not by sight. Choose to believe what God says about you. Knowing fully who you are in the Lord Jesus Christ, will make you much more armed in the Army of our Lord and Savior. Satan has to flee when you apply your identity in Christ. I am a child of God and He is my Father. I press on toward the goal to win the prize to which God in Christ Jesus is calling us upward (Philippians 3:14). For God has not given us a spirit of fear; but of power, love, and a sound mind (II Timothy 1:7). I am the Head and not the tail (Deuteronomy 20:13).
As a child of God, I have direct access to the throne of grace through Jesus Christ. I have been created in Christ Jesus for good works, was enriched in everything in Him, and have been approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel. I am confident that God will complete the good work He started in me.
I am free from any condemnation brought against me and I cannot be separated from the love of God. I am alive with Christ. I have the confidence that no weapon that is formed against me shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against me in judgment I shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, said the LORD. (Isaiah 54:17). I am assured that God works for my good in all circumstances.
I am a new creation in Christ. I have been justified, reconciled, redeemed, renewed, sanctified and established in Christ. I am born of God and the evil one cannot touch me. Nothing shall be able to separate me from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus: not death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to neither come, nor height more depth nor any other created thing! I am more than conquers in tribulation, distress, persecution, famine, nakedness, peril and sword!
I have been chosen and appointed to bear fruit. I have been brought near to God, raised up into heavenly places in Christ Jesus. We have been released from the fear of death through him. I have been adopted by God. I am the apple of His eyes. I am blessed with every spiritual blessing. I have eternal life. I’ve been rescued from Satan’s domain. I am a child of light, not darkness. I am a partaker of Christ. I’m an enemy of the devil. I’m a member of a royal priesthood.
I am hidden with Christ in God. I am connected to the true vine. I am a temple of God. I am to be an expression of life in Christ. I have been given spiritual authority. Signs should accompany my work. I am to be light in the world. I am to be an expression of life in Christ. I am a partaker of a heavenly calling. I am called to do the works of Christ. I shall see him as he is, and be like him, in and the likeness of his resurrection, when he is revealed. I shall appear with him in glory. I shall be married to him, Jesus, who was raised from the dead! I have God’s seed remaining in me, so I cannot sin. I have peace with God through Jesus Christ. In Christ I have liberty, redemption, and the forgiveness of sins. I have been sanctified, anointed, given the Holy Spirit as a deposit, sealed in the Holy Spirit.
I am firmly rooted, built up, established in my faith and overflowing with gratitude. I have given, and it is given to me; good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, men give into my bosom. I have the Greater One living in me; greater is He Who is in me than he who is in the world. I have received the power of the Holy Spirit to lay hands on the sick and see them recover, to cast out demons, to speak with new tongues. I have power over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means harm me (Mark 16:17, 18; Luke 10:17, 19). I have the mind of Christ. I am free from the law of sin and death (Romans 8:2). I am God’s workmanship, created in Christ unto good works (Ephesians 2:10).
I have received the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Jesus, the eyes of my understanding being enlightened (Ephesians 1:17, 18). I am raised up with Christ and seated in heavenly places. I am a believer, and the light of the Gospel shines in my mind (II Corinthians 4:4). I have no lack for my God supplies all of my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). It is not I who live, but Christ lives in me. I am called of God to be the voice of His praise (Psalm 66:8; 2 Timothy 1:9). I am healed by the stripes of Jesus (Isaiah 53:5; 1 Peter 2:24). I am submitted to God, and the devil flees from me because I resist him in the Name of Jesus (James 4:7).
